Together, we'll embark on a transformational journey through the Four Stages of Fire.
Day 1: Awakening the Spark
We begin by setting intentions, arriving fully into the present moment, and tuning into the fire that has always been within. Through breath, movement, and self-reflection, we open the space for transformation, allowing the first sparks of possibility to emerge. The evening invites connection, storytelling, and a gentle yet powerful invitation to step into the journey ahead.
Day 2: Fueling the Flame
As the day unfolds, we step into movement, nature, and energetic expansion. Immersed in the elements, we cultivate awareness, presence, and strength. Resistance fades as passion is reignited, and the fire within grows. A powerful Solstice ritual deepens our connection to the season's energy, marking a turning point in our transformation.
Day 3: The Full Blaze
This is the moment of breakthroughs. Through deep challenges, embodied movement, and powerful rituals, we step beyond self-imposed limits and into the fullest expression of our inner fire. Fear dissolves, clarity emerges, and personal transformation takes center stage. As night falls, celebration and liberation take over, a space for joy, release, and embodiment of our most powerful selves.
Day 4: Embers & Integration
The fire softens, but its warmth remains. Reflection, grounding, and stillness allow us to integrate the journey, ensuring that the transformation experienced here extends far beyond these four days. A closing ceremony brings deep gratitude and clarity, preparing us to step back into the world with renewed purpose and an unstoppable inner fire.

Anastasia Papadouli
Anastasia is a yoga teacher, Reiki therapist, and professional photographer from Athens, Greece. With a deep passion for connection, she creates spaces where movement, energy, and creativity come together.
Anastasia will guide participants through different types of Yoga (Hatha, Yin Yang Flow, Creative Vinyasa and Yin Yoga) as well as further mindfulness activities offering a journey of self-discovery, expansion, and transformation.
For Anastasia, yoga and mindfulness is more than a practice—it is a path to remembering one's true essence and embracing life fully. With her warm and outgoing nature, she effortlessly connects with people, inspiring them to blossom into their most authentic selves.
Diana Oblak
Diana is an accomplished business leader and visionary who bridges corporate strategy with holistic wellbeing. As the Co-Founder of FUEGO she aims to redefine wellbeing and hospitality by creating sanctuaries of serenity that ignite inner passion, foster authentic connection, and help individuals reconnect with their true selves.
Before launching FUEGO, Diana served as Managing Director at a leading real estate investment firm, where she directed transformative initiatives and delivered remarkable growth. Her extensive experience in real estate, hospitality, and investment management has shaped her expertise in driving innovative business opportunities.
Driven by a passion for authentic connection and personal evolution, Diana's journey from a steep corporate career to holistic entrepreneurship is a testament to her belief in the power of transformation. The Booking Process
To confirm your place, a 30% deposit is required upon registration. The remaining payment will need to be made by May 15th 2025.
Cancellation Policy
– Cancellations made more than 60 days before the retreat will be refunded, minus a € 250 non-refundable deposit.
– Cancellations made within 60 days of the retreat cannot be refunded, but you are welcome to transfer your spot to another guest.
Getting Here
The closest airport is Málaga (AGP), located approximately 45 km (40 minutes) from Tierra Cósmica.
We’re happy to assist with organizing private minivans or taxis for individuals or small groups.
